Equal Immigration Rights Center ‘’ E.I.R.C’’ believes that America is a welcome promise nation where every lawful dream is possible and should be welcome equally . 

On May 12, 2018, as his law school class’s Representative , Mr. Rockman Bentumo asked his classmate Mahgol , another immigrant as Rockman to join the commencement law school speaker race and she won it. The purpose of Rockman asking his classmate to join the race was to see her win the race and deliver a powerful speech during the graduation ceremony at the University of Minnesota law school. Mahgol is not a US citizen. 

However, in 2018, Mahgol was a citizen of Iran which was or still on the list of the countries banned to travel to the USA due to the Iranian regime in place . Unfortunately, Mahgol’s parents were not allowed to attend the graduation. Additionally, five years later, Mahgol becomes an US citizen, and her parents still ban to join the USA despite that she applied and obtained the approval of her form I-130. There are a lot of cases like this . 

Several immigrants from africa,asia and Arabian countries have low income or non income ,and can not afford an immigration attorney in our communities. Thus, the need to have a nonprofit organization with a DOJ recognition including an accredited Representative who is familiar to the needs of these under-represented communities is crucial ,legitimate, important and urgent. 

Our mission is to make sure that that promise remains equal to everyone and fight against the unfairness,disparate treatment and disparate impact against immigrants and citizens with low income and 

indulgence.Immigrants from African , Asian and Arabic are under-represented in the USA , and are experiencing the extreme delay in receiving the immigration benefits benefits. The U.S. south borders provide more opportunities to people other than from Africa, Asian and Arabia, and there is not a legislation to increase the number of the visa availability by fiscal year for the benefit of those from Africa,Asia and Arabia. 

Immigration’s administrations are experiencing a lot of backlog. Thus, the availability of visas and other immigration benefits should be provided on the basis of the region where immigrants are coming from, and avoid unfairly put in the same basket of backlog those who are under-represented in USA and those who are over-represented in the USA. 

More people means more votes, more voices and more power. However,underrepresented means, less power, less vote and less power.

 E.I.R.C is a nonprofit corporation( organization) that provides access to immigration benefits , and promotes and defends equal immigration rights,treatment,obligation and benefits between immigrants with high income and those with low income or indulgence. We are volunteers and employees working to stop the unequal immigration system nationwide. 

Immigrants in the USA are already under-represented according to the Census 2022. 

Immigrants in USA are already the most discriminated according to the EEOC report 

We are not allowed to observe either to encourage another type of discrimination which our founder called’’ DISCRIMMIGRATION’’ to exterminate the under represented & minorities immigrants from Africa, Asia and Arabic countries. 

Stop the disparate treatment and disparate impact against Immigrants by offering an equal access to the immigration benefits constitutes the foundation of our mission 

– We are aware that motivation alone is not enough in order to serve with competence the immigrants with low income and indulgence.However, motivation combined with appropriate knowledge of the immigration regulations will make our mission effective and establish an equal access for all immigrants to the immigration benefits.    We promise to serve our mission with integrity,excellence and patriotism for an efficient action by training and maintaining our employees and volunteers in the highest professional and volunteering standards in the appropriate actions we make,the analysis of the immigrants' needs and to   seek for more affordable equal and affordable equal immigration laws or regulation .

Strong teams build strong organizations that deliver quality results( USCIS values). Our team will maintain a creativity and innovation workplace environment where immigrants immigration needs come first according to the law . The success of our mission is tied to the quality of our understanding of the discrimmigration and the work against any types of disparate immigration policies, challenges immigrants experience when it's about the access to the immigration benefits due to their low income and indulgence, and also the disparate impact of an unequal immigration system. 

Being a team is better than being in a workplace. Indeed,as a team , we pursue a common goal for our common mission.
